Luxury Eco Pianos respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies when you visit www.luxuryecopianos.com, contact us, buy or enquire about our products, or ask us to introduce you to a retail finance lender.
Who we are. Luxury Eco Pianos is a trading name of Opulenta Procurement Limited (company number 13048855), and we are responsible for the personal information we collect and use. If you ask about finance, we may introduce you to an authorised retail finance lender. The lender will use your information as a separate controller and will give you its own privacy notice.
1. What personal information we collect
We collect only the information we need to deal with you and provide our services. This may include:
- identity and contact details, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number;
- information about your enquiry, order, product interest or purchase;
- information needed to respond to customer service queries, complaints or after-sales support requests;
- finance introduction information, such as the fact that you are interested in applying for finance and the details needed to introduce you to a retail finance lender;
- website and technical information, such as cookies, IP address, browser type, device information and usage data.
2. Where we get personal information from
We usually collect information from you directly, for example when you contact us, use our website, complete a form, place an order, ask for support, make a complaint, or ask about finance. We may also receive relevant information from website tools, payment or delivery providers, advisers, and the finance lender.

- to respond to enquiries and provide information about our products and services;
- to process orders, arrange delivery, provide after-sales support and manage our relationship with you;
- to introduce you to a retail finance lender where you ask us to do so or confirm that you would like us to submit your finance enquiry;

4. Our lawful bases for using personal information
We only use your information where the law allows us to.
- Responding to enquiries and providing product information: identity, contact and enquiry details. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; contract where we take steps at your request before a purchase. To respond to customer enquiries and provide information about our products and services.
- Processing orders, delivery and after-sales support: identity, contact, order, payment, delivery and support information. Lawful basis: contract; legal obligation for accounting and tax records.
- Introducing you to a retail finance lender: identity, contact, product interest and finance introduction details. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; contract where the introduction is part of steps you ask us to take. To support customer-requested finance introductions and facilitate the purchase journey.
- Keeping records, handling complaints and protecting legal rights: communications, complaint details, transaction records and supporting evidence. Lawful basis: legal obligation; legitimate interests. To evidence our dealings with customers, handle complaints, respond to claims and demonstrate compliance.
- Maintaining website and system security: website, device, technical and usage information. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; consent for non-essential cookies where required.
- Marketing: identity, contact, preference and marketing interaction information. Lawful basis: consent or legitimate interests where the soft opt-in applies. To promote relevant products and services to customers and enquirers, subject to opt-out rights.
When we rely on legitimate interests, we only do so where we believe our use of your information is necessary, fair and reasonable.
5. Finance introductions
If you ask us to introduce you to finance, we may share the information needed with Buyline Ltd. We will tell you who the lender is before we share your information. We will not submit a finance enquiry or application unless you have asked us to, or clearly agreed that we can.
We do not make lending decisions. The lender is responsible for assessing your finance enquiry or application and may carry out identity, fraud, credit, affordability and eligibility checks. Please read the lender's privacy notice before applying.
We do not make decisions about you using only automated processing where this would have a legal or similarly significant effect. The lender may use automated checks as part of its own process and will explain this in its privacy notice.
6. Who we share personal information with
We may share personal information with:
- retail finance lenders, where you ask us to introduce you for finance or confirm that you would like us to submit your finance enquiry;
- service providers who support our website, IT systems, payment processing, delivery, customer service, marketing or professional advice;
- regulators, law enforcement bodies, tax authorities, courts or other public authorities where required by law;
- business advisers, insurers or prospective buyers if we restructure, sell or transfer part of our business.
Some suppliers handle personal information for us and must follow our instructions. The finance lender will use your information for its own purposes as a separate controller.
7. International transfers
We do not routinely send personal information outside the UK. If a supplier does process information outside the UK, we will make sure suitable safeguards are in place.
8. Marketing and cookies
We may contact you with marketing by email, SMS, phone or post where the law allows. We will ask for consent where needed. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us.

9. How long we keep personal information

Our products, services and finance introductions are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children's information. We also do not normally collect sensitive personal information or criminal offence data, so please do not provide it unless we ask for it and explain why.

You can ask to see it, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to some uses, receive it in a portable format in some cases, withdraw consent, and opt out of direct marketing at any time.
