All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
We may update prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Deposits for custom, special-order, or imported pianos are non-refundable unless we fail to supply the goods.
4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery is carried out by professional piano movers. Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on availability, distance, import schedules, and third-party logistics.
4.2 Access Requirements
Customers must ensure safe and adequate access for delivery.
Additional charges may apply for stairs, tight access, long-distance carry, or difficult installations.
4.3 Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping disruptions, third-party couriers, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product Warranty
6.1 Standard Warranty
Most pianos include a 12-month warranty covering mechanical or electronic faults not caused by misuse or environmental conditions.
Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date.
6.2 Imported Self-Playing Systems
These may include a manufacturer warranty. Any claims will be processed according to the manufacturer’s terms.
6.3 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
